Digital Downloads

A new delivery option of our photos is to delivery your photo(s) via a digital download.

How it works is when you purchase a digital download of your photo(s) you will receive an E-mail with a link to download a full resolution JPEG version of your photo ready for printing. After purchase please allow up to 24 hours for your E-mail for your Digital Download link. A Digital Download purchase does not include any prints. You may still order prints of a photo in addition to purchasing the download.

If you only order Digital Downloads (without any prints) during checkout you will be charged a $5.00 shipping fee (just the way checkout works); however, I will refund the shipping charge back to you when your order is received.

RAW files are available as your digital download. Please specify in checkout that you would like the RAW file instead of JPEG. If you do not know what RAW files are then you want JPEG.

You may then use the photo for personal prints, online (e.g. personal website, MySpace) and other media (e.g. scrap-booking) and your own printing (Wal-Mart 1-hour printing). However, permission is not granted for you to transfer or resell the image(s) or file(s) nor to to make and sell prints for profit.

For example, you may use the photos to make Holiday cards and prints to give to friends and family as gifts (i.e. not for profit). However, you may not use your Digital Download of a sporting event and then make prints to sell at a profit to the participants or anyone else. You may not transfer your Digital Download to a commercial vendor who will then use the files/ photos to produce merchandise to sell at a profit. For example, you may not give the Digital Download of your sporting event to a printer who will then make photo coffee mugs,T-shirts, etc.. who will then turn around and market their photo products to your team and sell the photo products for profit. The commercial vendor needs to contact us and purchase a Digital Download file for each file/ photo used. You can use your Digital Download (e.g. team photo) that you have purchases to have a vendor make you a photo mug, T-shirt, etc.. but that vendor cannot take that same file/ photo and then sell a photo mug, T-shirt to everyone on the team. The commercial vendor and/ or the person being printed for would need to purchase a Digital Download. For example, there are 10 people on a soccer team and a local printer would like to make a photo coffee mug and T-shirt for all 10 players. The vendor would need to purchase a total of10 digital Digital Downloads, one for each person. If only 5 people are getting merchandise then only 5 Digital Downloads are needed. What cannot be done is one person buy a single Digital Download and then be transferred to the other 10 people on the team for printing.
