Geist Photography began as a hobby in the late 1990's and still continues as a hobby. In the early years people would always come up to me and ask me for my business card and if I would take pictures for them; perhaps it was the big long lenses or the relatively large camera bodies that I use. I would tell people that I took pictures just for avocation. After the persistance of people I decided to take some photos of people and then word of mouth spread and I kept getting more requests for photography services. I decided it was time to get some organization and one central place that people could see my work and get pricing, etc., so I launched the Geist Photography website.

Geist Photography has and will be a hobby for me but I will still offer professional photography services to others. I look forward to working with you.
